Order Cancellation

1. Can I cancel my order?

You may only cancel your items before they are shipped out. If the cancellation button is unavailable, the order is already on its way.

2. What happens to the money paid when my order is cancelled?

You can opt to have the money credited to:
1) Your Fishingkaki Market wallet immediately 

2) The credit/debit card used to make the purchase* 

*Please note there will be a processing time, usually within 2 - 14 days depending on bank. Processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Returns & Refunds

1. My order has arrived but something is wrong. Can I get a refund?

Yes, as long as it meets the criteria below. Please contact the seller to request for a return and/or refund.

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days on order’s successful delivery to you.

  • The item, including any tags, must be in original condition.

  • Any original packaging used to protect the items for shipping must be used, if applicable.

  • Is unwashed, unaltered or otherwise unused if applicable

2. What happens to the money paid when my order is refunded?

3. I’ve contacted the seller but they have not replied for over 3 days, or are being unfair.

Please send the pictures, order number, account name and email address used to purchase the item to <disputes email address here>.

Please note Fishingkaki is not responsible for any products sold and will try to assist with mediation if the situation requires. This extends only to issues relating to any logistical, billing and scam issues, we are unable to assist with after sales support.

4. What is our delivery partners’ delivery procedure?

On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification informing you that a Ninja Van driver will be attempting to deliver your parcel today. 

In the event that you are not at the delivery location to physically retrieve the parcel, a 3-digit OTP will be sent to you. Simply pass on this code to the driver when they contact you. This will act as a form of verification and approval for the driver to leave the parcel at a specific location at the customers' own risk.  

Unfortunately, if you are uncontactable, the driver will have to mark the delivery as unsuccessful and a re-attempt will be done on the next working day.

Please Note: Ninja Van only does 3 delivery attempts in total (i.e. First attempt followed by 2 re-attempts). If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned back to the seller, with no refunds. You will have to contact the seller to arrange a new delivery.

5. I would like contactless delivery or for my delivery to be left at a specified location (e.g. door or drop box), is that possible?

6. I did not receive my order but it has been marked delivered. What do I do?

Please contact the seller for clarification. If they are unresponsive, please contact us at <disputes email here>
